Psychological thriller, “Black Mirror: Bandersnatch” was released on Netflix on December 28th, and was based on the show series “Black Mirror.”
This movie has received a lot of buzz, mainly due to the fact that it is an interactive movie, where viewers can make their own choices for the main character to affect the ending of the movie. There are multiple possible endings to the movie.
Ryan Keane, a junior at WJPS, stated, “I enjoyed Bandersnatch because I think it’s the only movie with an interactive element, and the storyline was very unique and interesting.”
In the movie, the main character, Stephen tries to develop his own “build your own adventure” video game, but feels controlled by someone or something from the future.
WJPS junior Kate Scotchie said, “The concept was different and it connected to future technology.” Since there is no set time, the movie could run anywhere from 40 minutes to over two hours.
